American Spirituals and Russian Folk Songs Launch Bicentennial Concert Series at Spaso House

American conductor and singer Ira Spaulding conducted the Moscow Conservatory Choir at Spaso House on January 23 in a concert featuring Russian folk songs and African-American spirituals. The Spaso House concert honored the 75th birthday of the choir's distinguished conductor, Boris Tevlin.
